Skip to main content
  1. Go to the menu on the top right ≡ and navigate to Account
  2. Click the Delete account button at the bottom of the page.
  3. Confirm in the confirmation dialog box.
Before closing, export your data to retain it, as account deletion is immediate and permanent. Once deleted, you will lose access to your account, dashboards, and active reports. All data, except for tax compliance records, is permanently removed.

Data Deleted Immediately

  • All site data and account information.
  • Your Axo Analytics subscription (no refunds except where required by law).
  • Your credit card details in Stripe.

Data Retained

  • Payment history in Stripe for tax compliance purposes.
Note: Accounts cannot be paused or suspended at this time.
