Roles are assigned at the team level and determine permissions across sites and settings.

Available Roles

  • Owner: The user who created the team. This role has full admin privileges plus exclusive access to billing and subscription management. Only one owner is allowed per team. To transfer ownership, contact support@axoanalytics.com for assistance, as this requires manual verification.
  • Admin: Can perform virtually any action within the team, including creating/editing sites, configuring tracking settings, and managing team members, except for billing-related changes (reserved for Owner).
  • Member: Provides read-only access to all sites in the team. Members can view metrics but cannot modify settings, add sites, or export raw data.
  • Limited Member: Similar to Member but restricted to read-only access for selected sites only. Use this for external consultants or partners who need visibility into specific projects without seeing the full team’s data.
