Skip to main contentAxo makes it easy to onboard team members with secure, role-based invitations. This process ensures new members join your team with the appropriate permissions without needing manual account setup.
Steps to Invite
- Go to the menu on the top right
≡ and navigate to Settings
- Click
Manage Team.
- Scroll down and click on the
Invite new member button.
- Enter the recipient’s email address and select their Role from the dropdown (Admin, Member, or Limited).
- If selecting
Limited, choose specific sites they should have read-only access to from the available list.
- Click
Save. An email will be dispatched immediately with a secure link.
Invitation Workflow
- The recipient receives an email with instructions to accept or decline the invitation. The invitation link is valid for 30 days.
- If they accept but don’t have an Axo Analytics account, they’ll be prompted to create one during the process, using their email for seamless integration.
- Once accepted, the member appears in your Roles and Permissions list with their assigned access.
Managing Invitations
In the Manage Team Invitations sections you have an overview of all pending inviations.
- Resend invitation: If the email goes unnoticed or expires (after 30 days), select the pending invitation and click
Resend invitation to trigger a new email.
- Delete: Revoke a pending invitation at any time by selecting it and clicking
Delete, this prevents acceptance.
- Edit: You may click on
Edit to change the role assigned on creation. If you want to change the email address you have to issue a new invitation.
