Since not every website has content in different locales/languages, the Locales section is deactivated by default. But each page’s locale is still being tracked. To activate the Locales section, do the following:
  1. Go to the menu on the top right ≡ and navigate to Settings
  2. Click Sites.
  3. Select the desired site.
  4. Scroll down and toggle the checkbox next to Show Locales Tab.
  5. Don’t forget to click Save at the bottom of the page.
In your dashboard you now can see and click on the Locales section right next to your Pages section.
