By default, only the account holder (Basic Plan) or a team member (Pro Plan) can view Axo dashboards. To share a dashboard without needing an account:
  1. Go to the menu on the top right ≡ and navigate to Settings
  2. Click Sites.
  3. Select the desired site.
  4. Go to the Share Dashboard section.
  5. Choose one of three options:
    • Private: Only the account holder or team member can view (default).
    • Password Protected: Accessible via a share URL and password (view-only, no settings access). Passwords can be changed to revoke access.
    • Public: Accessible to anyone with the share URL (e.g., for public stats like the Axo demo).
You can adjust sharing settings anytime.

Limited access for team members in the Pro Plan

In the Pro Plan you can limit site access to team members with the Limited role by selecting which sites you are granting access to.
