Time Zones

Data is collected in UTC+0 and displayed in your local timezone which is also the timezone set at registration. Unique visitor hashes reset at 4am of your account/team timezone (To make sure that long sessions of midnight owls are captured properly).

Changing the Graph

Click values in the totals box to show/hide metrics (visitors, views, time, bounce, events).

Dark Mode

Dashboards use light or dark mode based on your settings. To adjust follow these steps:
  1. Go to the menu on the top right and navigate to Account
  2. In the menu nagigate to Appearance.
  3. Select wether to you light or dark mode, or have your system determine the setting.

Details View

Click the View all button in any dashboard box to view detailed data (50 rows per page). Most boxes include additional data like bounce rate and average time spent per page.

Key Metrics

  • Visitors: Unique daily visitors (reset every 24 hours for privacy).
  • Page Visitor: Unique visitors to a specific page.
  • Views: Total page loads, used for pricing plans.
  • Average Time on Site: Time between pageviews (final page not counted, except some additional tracking occured like events, downloads or click on external links).
  • Bounce Rate: Percentage of single-page sessions.
  • Events: Custom actions (e.g., clicks, submissions). Conversion rate = Event completions / Total Pageviews (or Visitors, depending on your settings).
  • X live visitors: Current active visitors, with details on pages and referrers.
  • Direct/Unknown: Visits without referrers (e.g., typed URLs, emails).
  • Ref: URL parameter indicating the referral source (e.g., ?ref=mysite).
