Add filters by clicking a row on your dashboard or using the search function. Filters appear at the top (e.g., Path is /blog) and apply to the entire dashboard. Toggle is to is not to exclude specific data (e.g., everything except /blog). Toggle the switch to temporarily deactivate that filter.

Advanced Filters

For complex filtering, use the Advanced Filters modal when clicking on the Filter button.
  • Add multiple filters across dimensions (Page, Device Type, Referrer, etc.).
  • Build and review filters before applying.
  • Remove or modify filters within the modal.
  • Apply all filters simultaneously.

Filter Operators

  • is not: Excludes exact matches.
  • contains: Matches terms containing the search string.
  • does not contain: Excludes terms containing the search string.

Dashboard Box Searching

Search by clicking the Search button in one of the boxes for Content, Referrers, or UTM. Entering a term (e.g., blog) creates a filter like Path contains blog, showing all entries containing blog (e.g., /blog, /en-gb/blog, /blog-post-1). Toggle to does not contain to exclude such entries.

Wildcards in Filters

Use % or * for wildcards (e.g., bl%g contains /blog, /blag, /blig). Wildcards can be used at the start or end of a search (e.g., /lang/%/blog).
