Configure these settings to stay informed without logging in regularly, with options tailored to your plan and preferences.

Steps to Configure

  1. Go to the menu on the top right and navigate to Settings
  2. Click Emails.
  3. Select your report frequency by checking the desired checkboxes:
    • Daily (Pro plan only): Detailed metrics for each day.
    • Weekly: Aggregated insights from the past week.
    • Monthly: High-level overview of the month’s performance.
  4. Choose the language for your email reports from the available options (currently English and German; more languages coming soon).
  5. Save your changes, updates take effect immediately.

Report Delivery Schedule

  • Daily reports: Sent the next day at approximately 3:00 AM (in your account’s/team’s timezone), covering the previous full day.
  • Weekly reports: Delivered on Tuesdays, summarizing the prior week (Monday to Sunday).
  • Monthly reports: Sent on the 2nd of each month, recapping the previous calendar month.
Reports include key metrics like visitors, page views, and events, formatted for easy reading. Daily reports require a Pro plan. To manage team-wide reports, use the Team Management settings. If emails don’t arrive, check spam folders or verify your email preferences.
