Who Can Use This
Admins only: Owners and Admin role users can add recipients. Regular members cannot manage external reports.Steps to Add Recipients
- Go to the menu on the top right
≡and navigate toSettings - Click
Emails. - Scroll down to the
Additional email reportssection and clickAdd New Recipient. - Enter the email address of the recipient.
- Select the frequency: Daily (Pro plan), Weekly, or Monthly.
- Choose the language for the reports (English, German; more coming soon).
- Select the specific sites to include in their reports.
- Click
Save.
Key Details
- Recipients receive read-only email summaries with metrics like visitors and page views, but no login credentials or data export options.
- No account creation is required. They simply get emails.
- Manage recipients by editing frequencies/sites or removing them from the same section.
