Who Can Use This

Admins only: Owners and Admin role users can add recipients. Regular members cannot manage external reports.

Steps to Add Recipients

  1. Go to the menu on the top right and navigate to Settings
  2. Click Emails.
  3. Scroll down to the Additional email reports section and click Add New Recipient.
  4. Enter the email address of the recipient.
  5. Select the frequency: Daily (Pro plan), Weekly, or Monthly.
  6. Choose the language for the reports (English, German; more coming soon).
  7. Select the specific sites to include in their reports.
  8. Click Save.
The first report will follow the standard delivery schedule.

Key Details

  • Recipients receive read-only email summaries with metrics like visitors and page views, but no login credentials or data export options.
  • No account creation is required. They simply get emails.
  • Manage recipients by editing frequencies/sites or removing them from the same section.
Delivery times match personal reports: daily at ~3 AM next day, weekly on Tuesdays, monthly on the 2nd.
