For example, if you sign up on January 10, your first billing occurs on January 24 for either a month or a year, depending on your plan. Monthly plans bill on the same day each month (e.g., May 19), while annual plans bill on the same date each year. We send a reminder email a few days before processing payments to keep you informed.
Managing Multiple Sites
Yes, you can add up to 50 sites to your account, if you are subscribed to the Starter plan. And unlimited sites if you are subscribed to the Pro plan. The total pageviews across all sites count toward your plan’s pageview limit.
Switching Between Plans
You can switch between monthly and annual billing or adjust plan levels based on pageviews at any time. If switching results in a credit (e.g., from an annual to a monthly plan), the credit is applied to future invoices. For example, switching after one month of a $150 annual plan would yield a $135 credit, applied as $15 monthly increments.
Lower-Priced Plans
Axo does not offer lower-priced plans, as pricing reflects investments in high-performance, reliable infrastructure and the commitment not to selling user data. All plans include robust features like email reports and filters, ensuring a sustainable, high-quality product.
Discounts
Axo offers a ~17% discount on annual plans. No other discounts are available, ensuring fair pricing for all customers.
Charity Pricing
Registered charities and non-profits may reach out for special pricing considerations.
Payment Methods
Axo accepts credit cards processed securely via Stripe through our registration or billing pages. Also Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna are supported payment methods.
Account Cancellation
Accounts are closed immediately upon cancellation, with no refunds except where required by law. To maximize your data collection, cancel just before your next billing cycle.
Unexpected Charges
Charges occur because you signed up for an account. Unless canceled, billing continues monthly or annually. If you believe the charge is fraudulent, contact Axo Support immediately.
Accessing Invoices
To view or download invoices:
- Go to the menu on the top right

- Click the
Billing Portal button.
- Scroll down to the invoices section on the bottom of the page.
